For those who might not otherwise be aware, the turbine tops are wind driven. The installation is animated! There are small lights inside so they look neat at night too.

OK. I have this dock in my backyard. That's where my boat, Pacific Child, lives. But docks are pretty dull places, right? Well, not necessarily. At least not when you add art.
